We spend a lot to rent or own a home in Hong Kong. So, taking care of it makes sense. For a flat premium of HK$420 , this plan offers all the basic protection for a home of up to 1,000 sq. ft. (saleable area) covering damages caused by accident, theft, and personal liabilities protection, as well as temporary residential expenses incurred during your major home renovation or maintenance.
Whether it is fire, flood, theft, or water damage due to burst water pipes and/or typhoons, or other any other accidents, you’re covered. Plus, we protect you against personal liability claims of up to HK$5,000,000.
Sleep easier at night knowing that your household items are covered up to HK$500,000 including personal valuables of up to HK$100,000.
If you need to be away from your home due to accidental loss or damage, we will reimburse your temporary residential expenses up to HK$1,000 per night.
