Go to ‘eCommunication’. Find your ‘Policy Document’.

Download the full PDF document to check your policy coverage and exclusions (if any).

Collect documents

Claim forms
  • Personal Accident Claim Form
    (To be completed by the insured)
  • Certificate of Medical Attendant
    (To be completed by the attending doctor)
All receipts
  • All originial receipts, for example:
    • Medical receipt
    • Deposit receipt
    • Statement of charges
All medical reports & referral letters (if any)
  • Treatment (physiotherapy, chiropractic, etc.)
  • Diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT scan, PET, etc.)

File the claim

Send us your claim within 30 days

Please submit your claim within 30 days of the event you’re claiming for.

If your claim amount is more than HKD3,000, please provide all original medical receipts to us.

Receive approval and payment

How long do I need to wait for the result?

The duration of waiting for a claim result can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the claim, the completeness of all required supporting documents, and etc.

Normal case

We aim to complete reviewing a claim application within 14 working days.

7-14 working days
When will you pay me?

Once your claim is approved, we will pay you within 10 working days.

How will you pay me?

Once your claim is approved, we'll send a cheque. For some claims you can select your preferred payment method. If this is the case, we’ll highlight this on the claims form.
