This claim can only be triggered by the HR department of the deceased. You should contact the HR department asap to check on their claims procedure and any policy details, for example policy number and cover.
Tips: The HR team must submit the claim form to us within 45 days from the date of loss. All other documents can be sent within 90 days from the date of loss.

The duration of waiting for a claim result can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the claim, the completeness of all required supporting documents, and etc.
