The Job:

• Handling both Inbound & Outbound calls to promote insurance products & one-stop services for customers
• Making sales appointment with customers to complete the face-to-face sales journey and policy onboarding
• Achieving company assigned sales targets & objectives with meeting required service standard
• Maintaining good and long-term relationship with customers

The Person

• Responsible, good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Secondary education (i.e., HKCEE / HKDSE graduate) or above
• Candidate with IIQE certificate (Paper 1 &3) is highly preferred
• Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English/ Mandarin
